Our patented extrusion process transforms both recyclable and non-recyclable plastic waste into RevoCrete, which is then manufactured into high-performance RevoBloc construction blocks.

Sourcing

Both recyclable and non-recyclable plastic waste, locally sourced mineral aggregates are collected. Non-recyclable plastics that would otherwise go to landfill are accepted. Every material is quality-screened before entering production.

Our solar-powered extrusion system heats and forces the blended material through precision dies to produce RevoCrete — a continuous profile that is then cut and formed into RevoBlocs. Zero CO₂ emissions, entirely solar-powered.
