The Challenge & Our Answer

TRANSFORMING CONSTRUCTION

Africa faces a structural housing deficit driven by rising material costs and carbon-intensive production.

The Problems We Solve

4.5Btons CO₂ annually from Africa

High Carbon Emissions

8% of global CO₂ comes from cement production

19Mtons of plastic waste annually

Plastic Waste Crisis

90% of plastic waste mismanaged in Africa

UnstableGrid & Diesel Dependency

Energy Instability

Unreliable grid power disrupts manufacturing

Our Solution

Zero Emissions

Solar-powered extrusion manufacturing — producing durable construction blocks with zero carbon emissions.

Waste Diversion

Each block contains recycled plastic and aggregate/sand, diverting 5.5-7.2 kg of plastic per block from landfills and communities.

Energy Independence

Off-grid solar-powered manufacturing — continuous production regardless of grid stability, deployable anywhere in Africa.

First-in-the-world solar-powered extrusion manufacturing system — patent pending

Plastic Waste to Value

RevoCircular Logo

THE CONTAINER

A 12-metre mobile collection and baling hub — and a waste-to-value exchange system — that closes the loop between community plastic waste and RevoBloc manufacturing.

What is the RevoCircular Container?

The RevoCircular Container is a purpose-built 12-metre shipping container converted into a fully operational plastic waste collection and processing hub. Positioned in communities, municipal sites, or industrial areas, it acts as the critical first link in RevoBloc's circular supply chain.

It also functions as a waste-to-value exchange system — community members and waste suppliers bring plastic waste and receive value in return, turning discarded material into a tangible economic resource for local participants.

Inside, an integrated plastic baler machine compresses collected plastic waste into dense bales — making storage, handling, and transport to the RevoBloc manufacturing containers fast and cost-effective.

How It Works

1

Plastic Waste Collection

Community members and waste suppliers deposit collected plastic waste into the RevoCircular container at designated drop-off points.

2

On-Site Baling

The integrated plastic baler machine inside the container compresses and bales the collected plastic, dramatically reducing volume and simplifying logistics.

3

Transport to Manufacturing

Baled plastic is efficiently transported to the RevoBloc manufacturing containers, ready to be processed into high-strength RevoBloc construction blocks.

4

Transformed into RevoBloc

The baled plastic feedstock is fed into the solar-powered extrusion system, completing the circular loop from waste to durable building material.

RevoCircular containers can be deployed in municipalities, schools, shopping centres, and industrial zones — scaling plastic collection across Africa.
